Transforming Biomarker Development for Immunotherapy through Single Cell Spatial Phenotyping

Webinar | October 2023

As the field of cancer treatment evolves with the introduction of novel immunotherapies, it is imperative to accurately identify patients who will benefit from these treatments. Decoding the tumor microenvironment (TME) through single-cell spatial phenotyping has emerged as a critical determinant of therapeutic response. In this webinar, we will discuss the latest advances in analyzing the TME at a single-cell level and how spatial signature panels can streamline the process of developing predictive spatial biomarkers. We will demonstrate how these spatial signature panels provide the right balance of content, flexibility, speed, and throughput needed to advance biomarker development and how this transforms the way biomarkers are developed for immunotherapy response for non-small cell lung cancer.

Key learning objectives

  • Understand the predictive limits of current biomarkers for immunotherapy and how single-cell spatial phenotyping can aid in improving patient stratification.
  • Explore the power of spatial signature panels in accelerating the discovery-to-translational workflow through spatial phenotyping.
  • Learn how to use these panels to identify spatial signatures in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) tissues.
