Spatial Phenotyping That Meets Your Throughput Needs

image-fusion.png

Leveraging patented multispectral imaging (MSI) technology, the PhenoImager® solution (formerly Phenoptics™) provides you with an accurate quantitative assessment of multiple immune phenotypes while capturing their tissue context and spatial distribution within the tumor microenvironment (TME).

This powerful but easy-to-use digital pathology slide scanning platform enables researchers to develop more relevant and highly predictive biomarkers, called spatial signatures (see PhenoCode™ Signature Panels), to characterize tumor and immune cells by function and state in the context of an intact tissue sample.

The PhenoImager Fusion and the PhenoImager HT systems are both capable of rapid whole slide scanning with multispectral imaging.

Instruments

PhenoImager Fusion – Spatial Signatures Within Reach

image-fusion.png

PhenoImager Fusion functions as a standalone ultrafast slide scanner ideal for standard throughput and high-plex spatial phenotyping applications. PhenoImager Fusion also integrates with the PhenoCycler™ instrument (formerly CODEX®) for spatial discovery at scale.

Enhanced Workflow Efficiency:
  • Brightfield and fluorescence imaging
  • 6-plex whole slide scans in under 20mins (see newly launched PhenoCode Signature Panels)
  • 4-slide capacity and easy integration with the PhenoCycler instrument to enable ultrahigh-plex (100+ biomarkers/slide) imaging

PhenoImager HT – Spatial Signatures at Scale

PhenoImager-HT-Spatial-Signatures.png

The PhenoImager HT is the premier and most highly cited digital pathology imager for spatial phenotyping. Featuring whole-slide multispectral scanning, this system can be easily integrated into high-throughput workflows that need to accommodate for scalability.

Power of multispectral imaging in a high throughput workflow:
  • Brightfield and fluorescence imaging
  • 6-plex whole slide scans in under 20mins (see newly launched PhenoCode Signature Panels)
  • 80 slide capacity with continuous loading technology
