PhenoImager Data Analysis Using QuPath and Python

In this webinar, Akoya Biosciences’ application scientists Aditya and Ning will present a framework for analyzing multiplex immunofluorescence images generated on the PhenoImager platform. Learn about key steps from segmentation to phenotyping and downstream analysis. Example datasets focused on non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) will be used to provide insights into the predictive spatial signatures that could guide immunotherapy treatment. In addition, they demonstrate how to use open-source tools such as QuPath and Python to compute spatial signatures like ‘SpatialScore’, adapted from Garry Nolan’s lab.
