Exploring the Diverse Capabilities Enabled by PhenoCycler-Fusion: A Three-Part Webinar Series
PhenoCycler-Fusion Spatial Phenotyping Solutions
PhenoCycler-Fusion is an integrated platform combing the strengths of Akoya’s automated, ultrahigh multiplex cycling platform, PhenoCycler, and its high-speed imaging platform, PhenoImager™ (formerly Phenoptics), into an end-to-end, integrated workflow. These newly evolved capabilities will transform how we study tissue biology. In this Akoya Academy presentation we will explore spatial phenotyping and its applications and how high speed ultrahigh-plex imaging coupled with automated fluidics control can open the door to comprehensive investigation of tissue samples.
Followed by a live Q&A with the presenter.
In the Akoya Academy Webinar You Will:
- Learn about the power of comprehensive spatial phenotyping and its applications
- Understand how PhenoCycler-Fusion functions as part of an integrated end-to-end solution for spatial phenotyping
- Discover how high-quality whole-slide images open the door to endless possibilities for your research

Scaling Up Spatial Discoveries with Fusion
Breakthrough spatial biology applications such as spatial phenotyping (whole-slide imaging at a single-cell/sub-cellular resolution with tissue context) span the discovery-to-clinical continuum. To minimize time and maximize value along the continuum, it is imperative to make discoveries happen faster and at scale.
Our speaker will also discuss how deep spatial phenotyping with a 103-plex panel can reveal insights into distinct cellular neighborhoods and their role in regulating immune and metabolic functions of certain cancers.
Followed by a live Q&A with the Presenter.
In the Akoya Academy Webinar You Will:
- Take a deep dive into the hallmarks of cancer
- Learn how rapid, deep spatial phenotyping can unveil novel insights into tissue architecture, cellular metabolism and more
- Understand methodologies used for spatial analysis of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) cancer samples

Exploring Spatial Multiomics Enabled by Fusion
The insights gathered from spatial proteomics and transcriptomics have individually provided massive contributions to tissue biology over several decades but a spatial multiomic approach, which integrates single-cell spatial proteomic data with single-cell spatial transcriptomics provides a truly holistic view of a tissues biology. Spatial multiomics will allow researchers to not only gather additional information but also generate new information.
Our speaker will discuss how PhenoCycler-Fusion can transition between chemistries for protein and RNA detection using imaging as well as the latest single section multiomic data produced by Akoya’s application team.
Followed by a live Q&A with the presenter.
In this Akoya Academy Webinar You Will:
- Learn about the versatile multiomic chemistries and workflows enabled by PhenoCycler-Fusion
- Discover the novel insights generated by single section multiomic analysis
- Explore what we can learn from multiomics and how measuring multiple analytes simultaneously not only provides additional information but generates new insights
