The phenoptr R package contains powerful, user modifiable functions which analyze and report on the spatial relationship between cells. Using data tables and imagery exported from inForm, a user can easily perform (a) nearest phenotypic neighbor analysis, (b) phenotypic density analysis across a boundary, (c) cells counts within a fixed radius, and (d) find, count and visualize touching cells.
