inForm Tissue Analysis Software
inForm® is a patented automated image analysis software package for accurately visualizing and quantifying biomarkers in tissue sections. It is designed to meet the workflow and throughput needs of research pathology, oncology, immunology, enabling researchers to make faster discoveries.
inForm® projects can be tailored to enable biomarker analysis in both solid tissues and TMAs and handle a variety of stains (H&E, multiplexed IHC, and multiplexed immunofluorescence). Its powerful unmixing engine, enables the separation and measurement of weak and spectrally overlapping markers in multiplex assays. Automated, trainable algorithms permit detection, cell segmentation, tissue segmentation and identification of multiple markers within a sample. Once trained, inForm will locate and analyze user-specified regions automatically across an entire image or multiple images. Large numbers of images can be rapidly batch processed, allowing analysis that might have taken days to be done in a matter of minutes.

IDENTIFY CELLULAR PHENOTYPES
Automatically classifies cell phenotypes using machine-learning algorithms to differentiate cell types across a tissue section. Since fluorescent signals are spectrally isolated, researches can confidently identify phenotypes arising from low expressing epitopes and count low phenotypes expressors.
THRESHOLD FOR POSITIVITY AND SCORE
Accsess percent positivity via quantification of stain levels and calculate H-score.
BATCH PROCESS, REVIEW, AND MERGE DATA
Large numbers of images can be batched processed. Review and merge data from a set of images or slides into summary data files to ensure data quality. To note, once trained, inForm enables the ability to lock a project, preventing downstream modifications of trained alogorithms and maintaining analysis integrity.
