Our Statement on COVID-19

Connecting users, advancing spatial knowledge

The Europe Spatial Biology Symposium has been delayed in accordance with local and national policy guidelines to minimize transmission of COVID-19 and ensure the health and safety of our employees and customers.

Join us at the Spatial Biology Symposium (formerly known as the User Group Meeting) this March!

You’ll have the opportunity to connect with current Phenoptics users. Hear from guest speakers who will share their experiences and their data generated from our platforms. We’ll also provide workshops to help you improve your staining and data analysis skills.

We will have poster sessions this year to provide an opportunity for non-presenting users to share their work. Be sure to check the appropriate box during registration if you're interested.

In this Akoya Academy workshop, each participant works hands-on with inForm and phenoptrReports, to learn easy-to-implement strategies for better cell segmentation, advanced phenotyping and evaluation of your spectral library for unmixing. With a focus on spatial metrics, this workshop enables understanding of how cell-to-cell interactions within a tissue section reveals complex underlying biology. This workshop is ideal for both experienced investigators as well as those that are new to this type of analysis.
