Discovery to Translation
Two complementary platforms. One partner for your biomarker discovery journey.
In the era of precision medicine, molecular biomarkers play a pivotal role in the clinical care of patients. In recent years there’s been an exponential increase in biomarker discovery efforts across oncology, immunology, neuroscience, diabetes, and other therapeutic areas. However, there remains a gap between biomarker discovery and their translation into fully validated tests for clinical implementation.
Our mission is to enable researchers with complete workflow solutions that can simplify the discovery and translation of spatial biomarkers. Our CODEX® and Phenoptics™ platforms span the discovery to translation continuum with complementary and concordant capabilities.

From our experience in applying multiplexed imaging for immuno-oncology research, the Polaris/Opal platform is an effective high-throughput solution to profile the immune landscape of various microcompartments in tumor sections. The Opal staining kits are versatile and easy to use with autostainers, and the Polaris image acquisition is fast and consistent. Speed and capacity are important for research in the pharmaceutical industry. What attracted us to CODEX is its hyper-plex ability, which is complementary to the Polaris/Opal platform for Immuno-oncology research.
